The transition has been made!
Since 2016, Conectoras de Montbello has proudly served Latino older adults in Denver’s Montbello community through the dedication and leadership of local community members. Over the years, our commitment to supporting, connecting, and empowering older adults has continued to grow.
We are excited to share that we have taken the next step in our journey! To expand our impact and reach more communities, we have transitioned into a statewide nonprofit organization and are now proudly operating as Conectoras de Colorado.
This new chapter allows us to serve Latino older adults and their families throughout Colorado while continuing the mission and values that have guided us from the beginning.

A Distinct Identity
Conectoras de Colorado knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2016, we realized that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Conectoras de Colorado.

We are in continuous contact with them and collecting information directly from their families about what they are going through in these times of COVID-19, that has put them in a state of depression because of the rules that the Department of Health has imposed to reduce the spread, and many loosing their job or means required to meet their most basic needs like rent, utilities, food and other essential products. We lead this project as Latino individuals
