Rosario Mendoza
Thanks to her community group Mujer, Fuerza y Sentimiento, Latino Age Wave Colorado was able to get some footing in the Montbello community and start exploring aging in Montbello. A strength she brings to the team is her strong memory and critical thinking.
Aurelio Avalos
Aurelio started as a participant of the project before being invited to join the team. A strength he brings is his comfort meeting new community partners and being bilingual.

She started with the community-based work in Montbello before there was even a defined project. A strength she brings to the team is her compassion and strong desire to serve her community.
